The FightShape Total Body Workout 3

Many of us are trapped inside and our gyms are closed. Don’t let the lockdown keep you from working out. Try this no equipment, total body workout. This workout will challenge your flexibility and core strength. Each tri-set is designed to gradually increase. Now if you can't progress to the next set, no problem just do the previous set again.

- Everything is 10 reps

- Rest as needed or follow along

1. Split Twist 10x

2. Up & Down 10x

3. Step & Rotate 10x

4. Blackburns 10x

5. Hip Extension 10x

6. Single Leg Extension 10x each leg

7. Single Leg Deadlift 10x each leg

1st TRI-SET

8a. Twist Front Plank 10x

8b. Birddog 10x

8c. Mountain Climber 10x

2nd TRI-SET

9a. Reach Front Plank 10x

9b. Twist Push Up 10x

9c. Mountain Climber 10x

3rd TRI-SET

10a. Plank Jacks

10b. Knee Push Up

10c. Mountain Climber

1st TRI-SET

11a. Burpee

11b. Squats

11c. Reverse Lunge

2nd TRI-SET

12a. 1 2 Sprawl

12b. Kick Squat

12c. Forward Lunge

3rd TRI-SET

13a. Jump Burpee

13b. Jump Squat

13c. Jump Lunge

Great Work! Now take a few mins and cool down with a nice stretch.
